FAST  because we give you our earliest possible submission date, and always keep our promises. If we are unable to finish the translation by the promised date, 10% of total invoiced amount will be deducted per day from the proposed amount. Note: Please note that if you require the translation to be completed before our proposed submission date, rush status will be placed on the job, and we might have to revised the cost estimate and add an extra charge. Of course, everything will be laid out on the table before we start the job.

ACCURATE  To ensure the highest quality, we will always assign one project manager for a voluminous project, which may require more than one translator. She/He will over see the project to achieve consistency in vocabulary and quality Also, we have the translated document proof-read by an experienced proof-readers, whose native tongue is English.

REASONABLE  You will find our rate surprisingly low compared to our competitors. In order for us to produce a cost estimate, we need to see sample pages of the documents to be translated. We will set the rate according to the content of the job. That’s the secret to our low price.
